One of my neighbors recently won a national “Design Your Own Prom Dress” contest. I was completely taken aback when I saw a picture of her wearing the dress. She looks amazing! Not bad for a small town girl from Ohio! I hope she sticks with designing… She has some talent. Congrats, Sarah!
