FYWI’s Fanspiration Friday Winner: Modern Victorian Themed Reception

Stephanie’s Modern Victorian Themed Reception was the FYWI Fanspiration Friday contest winner from two weeks ago (last week’s posting was postponed because of my busy school schedule). This board’s theme is a mixture of skeleton keys, lace and Victorian details. The framed skeleton keys pictured above is a DIY project that could definitely be used for decorations, or to be placed on the guests table as centerpieces. I couldn’t find any great pearl details that Stephanie was looking for but I think that maybe having a pearl & lace backdrop either placed behind the cake table or behind the “mr” & “mrs” seating area would be really nice. I’m in love with the idea of hanging victorian parasols, whether its indoor or outdoor. You can also have them for guests during the ceremony or give them out as favors. Here’s a lace parasol that I highly suggest you use for yourself, its beautiful!
